Advisory Committee
The SEAL Advisory Committee plays a critical role in guiding program strategy, accountability, and community alignment. Comprised of local residents, business owners, nonprofit leaders, educators, and community stakeholders, the committee ensures SEAL programming reflects real community needs and delivers measurable impact.
Committee Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and community insight
- Review program performance and key metrics
- Identify emerging needs and opportunities
- Support outreach, partnerships, and advocacy
The Advisory Committee meets at least quarterly to assess progress, review outcomes, and inform continuous improvement of SEAL programs.
