Client Process Steps
1. Meet with the SEAL Program Director for a consultation regarding your existing or startup business.
2. The Program Director will create a scope of work contract.
3. The Program Manager will pair you with a member of the O’Pake Institute of Alvernia University to serve as your personal project manager.
4. The Project Manager will Assist you every step of the way in executing all components of the scope of work.
5. The Program Manager will routinely check in on progress towards goals.
6. Once the scope of work is completed, the client will complete the satisfaction survey provided by the SEAL Program Director.
